| We saw this older hyena as we were starting out on one of morning trail rides pretty close to our lodge. We found out later that a leopard had made a kill near our lodge, and the hyena had been looking for it. Our guide also told us that you could track hyenas by the feces because hyena feces are white since they eat so much bone. |
