Frogwart refuses to get wet. She dislikes rain (but she thinks it can be wonderfully gloomy). She doesn't like swimming because it reminds her of taking baths and she hates soaking in the tub in sweet-smelling soap bubbles. She will wait in the boat while her sister Tippiy snorkles in the deep blue sea, however. When Frogwart wants to see sea creatures, she simply looks into her crystal ball.
