The Ice Dragon returned to the holly bush and spoke in a sneaky, smiling kind of voice.
"Hello, little pixies. Come out! Come out! You're invited to a party. I've decorated the entire neighborhood
for an evening of dancing!"
Mockingbird flapped his wings and chirped, "Go away, Snapper. Leave the pixies alone."
Snapper roared, "No one tells me what to do!" He slapped at the holly bush with his great tail, causing ice and
snow to fall through the branches, and he flew off in a rage.
"Thanks for chasing him away, Mockingbird," said April, as she dusted the snow from her hair.
"I've just made him angrier," said Mockingbird. "He will come back."
